2025 Regional Conference
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Yorkshire and the Humber Regional Conference will be taking place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March 2025 in Sheffield. As our first regional conference in government for over 15 years, this is set to be an exciting opportunity to bring our movement across the region together.
What you can expect:

- exhibition with stalls from trade unions, affiliated societies and other organisations
On Saturday evening, we’re also hosting a gala dinner which will include a delicious three-course meal and wine.
Your CLPs have had separate communications about the process for selecting delegates, submitting motions and nominations for the Regional Executive Committee.
Only delegates and visitors that have purchased tickets by the deadline will be admitted to conference.
All members are eligible to buy a ticket and attend regional conference.

Can I come to the Gala Dinner if I’m not attending the conference?
Yes. You do not need to be attending the full conference to join us on Saturday evening, however, the full weekend package deal is only available to full weekend ticket holders.
I’ve bought a visitor pass, does this include the Gala Dinner?
No, you will need to purchase your ticket for the Gala Dinner separately and you can do that here.
Where can I purchase tickets?

Where is the conference being held?
The conference and Gala Dinner are both taking place at a hotel in the centre of Sheffield. The hotel is a short walk from the train station. For security reasons, we’ll be sharing the exact location with ticket holders closer to the time. A list of hotels nearby for accommodation can be found below.
What time is the Gala Dinner?
The Gala Dinner is taking place at 7pm on Saturday 1st March.
When will the conference start and finish?
On Saturday 1st March, registration will begin at 9am and the plenary will commence at 10am. You will be able to collect your pass and conference guide from 9am, please note that these will not be posted to you. Conference will close on Sunday at 1pm.
When is the deadline for purchasing tickets?
The deadline for purchasing tickets for the Gala Dinner and the rest of the conference is midnight Friday 7th February.

You or your CLP can purchase your ticket.
